The method, not a black box
Constant end-of-month payments. Interest is charged on the outstanding balance; the last principal payment clears the loan.
M = P × i / (1 − (1+i)⁻ⁿ), i = r/12, n = 12 × années. À taux nul : M = P/n.

What the result does not tell you
Excludes insurance, fees, taxes, grace periods and prepayments. The nominal rate is not an APR. Calculations are not rounded at every period, so a lender’s schedule may differ.
Starting values are examples. No result guarantees a return, credit decision or tax treatment.
